　　In supporting the research and development of core technologies, a batch of enterprise R&D projects that fill industry gaps and have independent core technologies will be selected every year, and successful individual projects will be supported with a support ratio of no less than 10% of the unveiling amount, with a maximum project support of no more than 1 million yuan per project.

　　To stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises, a number of scientific and technological achievement transformation projects and hard technology enterprises will be introduced and cultivated in fields such as artificial intelligence, low altitude economy, new energy storage, new materials, and intelligent equipment manufacturing. Through targeted equity investment and market-oriented equity investment models, support will be provided by state-owned funds, social investment institutions, etc.

Issuing 500000 to 1 million yuan worth of testing coupons annually to support enterprises in purchasing research and development, inspection, testing, and certification services from service institutions, with each deduction not exceeding 20% of the settlement fee; Every year, 500000 to 1 million yuan worth of computing vouchers are issued. Enterprises within the high-tech zone can apply for computing vouchers to rent computing power, with a maximum deduction of 20% of the settlement fee per transaction.

　　For newly recognized national, provincial, and municipal key laboratories, rewards of up to 1 million yuan, 500000 yuan, and 50000 yuan will be given respectively; A one-time reward of up to 300000 yuan will be given to newly recognized provincial-level research and development institutions for the first time. For provincial key laboratories or new research and development institutions, if the dynamic evaluation results are excellent or good, corresponding financial rewards will also be given.

The district will allocate 1 million yuan of funds annually, and provide operational subsidies based on 5% of the annual service revenue of the public service platform. The maximum annual bonus for each enterprise will not exceed 200000 yuan.

　　In order to accelerate the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the technology incubation system, the operating entities recognized as standard level and excellent level technology enterprise incubators will be rewarded with 300000 yuan and 500000 yuan respectively. For technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and "specialized, refined, unique, and new" small and medium-sized enterprises that account for more than 50% of the incubated enterprises in the previous year, a reward of 200000 yuan will be given to the operating entity.
