In order to continuously improve the efficiency of government services, the District Government Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") focuses on the core goal of "efficiently accomplishing one thing", and collaborates with the District Urban and Rural Construction and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau to promote the upgrading of public rental housing services (hereinafter referred to as "public rental housing") in Zhongkai High tech Zone from "decentralized running errands" to "one window integration". Starting from May 12, 2025, the entire process of public rental housing application, review, and signing will officially enter the comprehensive service window of the center. The public does not need to run through multiple departments to achieve the goal of "entering only one door and completing everything at once".
After incorporating "public rental housing" into the comprehensive service window, the center will implement process reengineering according to the principle of "three reductions and one optimization" (reducing links, reducing materials, reducing time limits, and optimizing services). In terms of material simplification, the application materials have been reduced from 18 items to 3 basic materials: "ID card+application form+commitment letter", with a simplification rate of 83%; In terms of process simplification, integrating and dispersing the review process of multiple departments, the number of public visits has been reduced from an average of 5 to 1, truly achieving the goal of "one window, one completion" for government services; In terms of service upgrade, the window is equipped with "comprehensive" service specialists to provide full process assistance services such as business consulting, system operation, and material pre review, achieving a leap in quality and efficiency from "multi window round-trip" to "one-stop service".
Next, the center will take the reform of public rental housing services as the starting point, anchor the strategic direction of "digital intelligence empowerment", and continue to deepen its cultivation in the field of government services.
