Since December last year, through establishing "career centers", we have made progress in helping the masses to find employment and helping enterprises to recruit workers in local areas. The "career centers" have become "happy centers" for the masses.
As of March, the career centers took the initiative to collect 9,645 pieces of online job information and 35,169 pieces of offline job information from the employers in the surrounding areas, released 327 pieces of job information including that for full time jobs and flexible employment jobs as well as 8 pieces of information on recruitment events, visited enterprises 79 times. It also offered subsidies to 3 enterprises according to subsidy policies and assisted them in handling the formalities. The number of people who have entered and have an intention to enter employment amounted to 126. At the same time, it provided job search services 470 times including door-to-door consultation, consultation and reception at career centers, and telephone or SMS consultation, etc., for targeted groups such as college graduates who have left school and are unemployed. There have been 348 job seekers registered. Although the career centers have borne fruit since their establishment, some centers still have problems such as a low flow of people and a lack of convenience. Next, HZZK will optimize the linkage of resources from all parties, fully mobilize the resources of government platforms, career centers, human resources services and relevant units, further optimize the career centers, and provide accurate personnel matching, skills training, policy consultation and other services for employees, so as to make it more convenient and efficient for employees and recruiting enterprises.
