On February 18th, the first working day after the Chinese New Year, the Party Committee and the government of the province held the Provincial High-quality Development Conference. Its purpose is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and that of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and the guidelines he put forward during his inspection in Guangdong. According to the specific plan of the Provincial  Party Committee's "1310" initiative, we will focus on industrial and technological innovation, plan for the future, further boost morale for our journey, and continuously shape new driving forces and advantages.

　　The main conference was held in Shenzhen, with sub venues set up in respective counties (cities and regions) under the direct jurisdiction of the province, and the conference was broadcast live throughout the province. On the morning of February 18th, the personnel such as the leader group of the government, the heads of the units under the jurisdiction of the zone, and representatives of business operators and the circles of the science and technology education of the zone tuned in to the Provincial High Quality Development Conference in the sub venue on the second floor of Kerong Building. All units at respective administrative levels in HZZK organized and concentrated their staffs to tune in to the conference, so as to grasp the spirit of the conference as soon as possible, and understand and implement the planning of the conference.
