The newly revised Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China will come into force on January 1, 2024. On the morning of January 2, in order to implement the spirit of the newly revised Administrative Reconsideration Law and improve the convenience of reconsideration for the people, the Administrative Reconsideration Center of Zhongkai High-tech Zone was officially inaugurated. Sun Gongwen, Dedicated Deputy Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Zhongkai High-tech Zone and Director of the Political and Legal Letters and Visits Office, Wang Jinniu, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, Li Bo, Chief Engineer of the Administration Committee of the zone, Yang Junrong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Political and Legal Letters and Visits Office, and other heads of the Municipal Bureau of Justice and relevant units of the zone participated in the inauguration ceremony.

　　Zhongkai High-tech Zone Administrative Reconsideration Center is located on the first floor of the Investment Holding Building. As the city's first administrative reconsideration center at the level of the zone, the center is reasonably set the separate work places for reception, acceptance, filing, file reading, hearing, mediation, file management, administrative reconsideration tribunal and other work places, forming a fully functional and well-equipped administrative reconsideration service front. The "one-stop service” for the applicant including legal consultation, reconsideration application submission, case acceptance, case trial and document delivery is achieved, and the center opens up the administrative reconsideration supervision that law-based administration is under, safeguards the "last mile” of the legitimate rights and interests of the administrative relative person, and has laid a solid foundation for the accurate implementation of the newly revised Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China.

　　After the inauguration ceremony, Zhongkai High-tech Zone held a special training lecture on the newly revised Administrative Reconsideration Law of the People's Republic of China, which was given by Wang Jinniu, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, and about 80 people participated in the training. The theme of the training is clear and the content is detailed, so that the participants have deepened their understanding of the new Administrative Reconsideration Law and further improved their grasp of the laws and regulations, professional knowledge and case-handling skills required to perform the duties for law-based administration and administrative reconsideration.
