On September 13, 2023, the cross-inspection team of the Guangzhou Emergency Management Bureau went to HZZK Dongjiang Science and Technology Park to carry out the cross-inspection of safe production in the fields of industry and trade, accompanied by relevant law enforcement personnel of the Huizhou Emergency Management Bureau and the HZZK Emergency Management Bureau. 

　　According to the arrangement of cross-inspection and the relevant requirements of the special investigation of major accidents in the fields of industry and trade in 2023, the inspection team focused on inspecting the safety in production of enterprises such as the two companies involving dust explosion, confined space and liquid ammonia refrigeration GP Electronics (Huizhou) Co. Ltd. and Guangdong Yili Dairy Co., Ltd. in our zone, and put forward rectification suggestions for the potential safety hazards found by the inspection.

　　During the cross-inspection, law enforcement personnel of municipal and zone governments exchanged experience on how to do the work well in safety supervision in the industry and trade, discussed the difficulties and doubts in law enforcement, and achieved common progress through mutual learning.
