In order to better satisfy people’s new needs for notarial services, the Administrative Service Center of HZZK (Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone) and the HZZK Certificate Branch of Huizhou Notary Office have continuously improved the service model of "Internet + notarization”, launched remote video notarial services over video, and resolve the difficulties through the mode of "cloud" notarial services in case that the people can not apply for notarial certificates on spot in person.

　　Through the screen, as same as face to face, the remote support of notarial services includes the functions such as the comparison between testimonies of witnesses, face recognition, biometrics recognition, remote questioning, real-time document formulation and transmission, electronic signature, full time audio and video recording has changed the way of evidence collection from traditional physical face-to-face mode to remote "face-to-face” mode over video, the procedure can be completed at the doorstep through "cloud handling", "online processing” at “anytime” .

　　After the notary public uploads the information, the mini App code is generated and sent to the residents applying for certificates, and through the mini App of "online notary service, the notarial services can be provided to the residents across space and without time difference, so that the residents can complete the notarization process without leaving home.
