In the purpose of the practical implementation of the concepts of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the National Two Sessions, as well as the work arrangements of the CPC provincial committee and the provincial government, from March 19 to 26, Liu Ji, Party Secretary of the Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Huizhou Municipal People's Congress, led a delegation from Huizhou to France, the Netherlands and Germany for investment promotion and exchange activities. It also intended to facilitate the launch of foreign investment projects, accrue the advantages of Huizhou's opening up, and promote high-quality development. The delegation signed investment agreements with enterprises such as Shell, Legrand, and ADO, with a total investment of 14.97 billion yuan in six projects. 　　In Limoges, France, the delegation met with the President of Legrand Beno?t Coquart and others of senior management of the headquarters, and the two sides exchanged in-depth views on promoting the long-term stable development of Legrand in Huizhou and signed a memorandum for investment cooperation. Legrand is a global benchmark enterprise for electrical and intelligent building systems. It settled in Huizhou in the 90s of last century, and took root in HZZK Hi-tech Zone and increased its capital several times. Liu Ji hopes that Legrand Huizhou Company will further strengthen its confidence in the development and contribute to the construction of an electronic information industry cluster on a scale of trillions in Huizhou. The delegation held a local investment environment promotion meeting for Huizhou, witnessed the signing ceremony between HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and the French Sino-French Economic and Business Cooperation Association, and the European Investment Liaison Station of Huizhou Zhongkai was inaugurated. The activities were highly praised by Mr. Medhi Hammouche, Vice President of the Metropolis of Limoges, who considered it very meaningful and constructive. He expressed his willingness to vigorously promote the development and investment of high-tech enterprises of metropolis, and welcomed Huizhou enterprises to come to Limoges to set up offices.

　　In the exchange activities, Deng Li, Deputy Director of the District Management Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Tonghu Ecological Smart Zone, signed cooperation agreements with Legrand Group, Amcor Group and ADO on behalf of HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone to promote enterprises to continue to increase investment and expand production in our region. It also helped European high-quality enterprises to develop stably in our region for a long time. At the same time, an agreement on investment promotion and commercial engagement was concluded, the exchange and cooperation agreement with the French Sino-French Economic and Business Cooperation Association was reached, and the European Investment Promotion Liaison Office of HZZK Hi-tech Zone was set up and continuously introduces new European projects and new industries to our region.
