It is expected that by the end of 2023, the company will constitute a comprehensive R&D facility involving electrochemical energy systems. The completion of EVE Energy’s Headquarters R&D Center is also a milestone in deepening the strategic cooperation that HZZK (Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone), as well as CPC Municipal Committee and municipal government of Huizhou have established with it to build a new energy battery industry cluster on a scale of billions. It is of great significance to improve the city's new energy industry chains and enhance its industrial competitiveness.

　　The completion of EVE Energy’s Headquarters R&D Center is a concentration of EVE's scientific and technological innovation capabilities, and is one of the important achievements that the company has got by adhering to scientific and technological innovation and maintaining a leading position in the industry. The research institutes of EVE Energy cover an area of more than 230,000 square meters. They can fully support the diversification of EVE Energy's R&D capabilities including hardware and software, and will bring to the market more new technologies, new processes and new products with independent intellectual property rights and core competitiveness. Therefore, EVE Energy’s competitiveness is being enhanced to an international leading level.

　　According to statistics, up to December 31, 2022, EVE Energy has owned 19 battery research institutes， 19 large-scale R&D laboratories and more than 950 high-precision instruments. The company has applied for more than 5,870 national patents, 4 of which have got Chinese Patent Excellence Awards, and it has participated in 7 national-level projects and the formulation of more than 90 industry standards.
