　　At the meeting after the inspection, HZZK Science and Technology Innovation Bureau and HZZK Economic Development Bureau disclosed in their reports the progress on the construction of key projects. Since the beginning of this year, Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone has diligently implemented important resolutions and arrangements from the provincial and municipal government, continued to consolidate the achievements of epidemic prevention and control and the progress of economic and social development, and accelerated the implementation of a package of policies and follow-up measures to stabilize the economy. In the first three quarters of this year, the total regional GDP of Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone was 62.42 billion Yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 6.4%. From January to October, the added value of industries above the designated size in HZZK was 45.696 billion Yuan (ranking the second largest in the city in total), up 5.7% year on year; The total industrial output value above the designated size reached 259.528 billion Yuan (the second largest in the city in total), with a year-on-year growth of 7.7%; The fixed asset investment was 51.454 billion Yuan, up 22.7% year on year.

The planned annual investment is 19.404 billion Yuan, and about 19.613 billion Yuan of investment has been completed from January to November, with a completion rate of 101.07%. There are 56 municipal key projects, with a total investment of 100.629 billion Yuan. The annual planned investment of the projects is 20.491 billion Yuan. From January to November, the amount of 20.607 billion Yuan has been invested, and 100.55% of the annual planned investment has been completed.
