On the afternoon of November 23, the mobilization meeting on rural revitalization (Huhutong) and signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between The Administrative Committee of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Huizhou Rural Commercial Bank was held in Kerong Venture Building. At the ceremony, the representatives of The Administrative Committee of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Huizhou Rural Commercial Bank signed the agreements on strategic cooperation and rural revitalization, marking a new level of cooperation between the two parties. It is of great significance to deepen cooperation between government and banks, develop and strengthen the financial sector and promote rural revitalization. It was attended by Tian Shengsi, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee; Wang Yunbo, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Director of the Party Committee Offices & Government Offices; Heads of Huizhou Financial Work Bureau, Huizhou Central Branch of the People's Bank of China, and Huizhou Banking and Insurance Regulatory Branch, the responsible persons of all parks, towns (streets) and other relevant units. It is also the achievement of deepening cooperation among government, banks, and enterprises. It will more effectively meet the financing needs of farmers, individual businesses and small & medium-sized enterprises, and optimize the financing and development environment of agriculture and village. He said that Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone will take the opportunity to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, anchor the goal, take advantage of the situation, actively create a more favorable environment for the development of financial enterprises including Huizhou Rural Commercial Bank, and earnestly do a good job in the organization and implementation of cooperation projects on rural revitalization, and will achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation and development between the two parties. He asked relevant departments at all levels to strengthen the connection with Huizhou Rural Commercial Bank, rightly, fully and actively make use of various inclusive financial policies of Huizhou Rural Commercial Bank, and to rapidly build our district into a demonstration area for the rural revitalization of a new type of industrial platform by properly promoting the implementation of policies, diversified supply, supporting services and other work.

　　It is reported that the agreement signed this time mainly covers agriculture-related projects, industrial projects, facilities construction of rural transportation, rural people's livelihood projects, key projects, green economic development, education and medical care, cultural tourism construction and other fields, aiming to jointly promote the social credit system, and centralize financial resources and strength, to promote the rural revitalization of Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone to achieve practical results. At the same time, the two parties will give full play to their respective advantages, build a sound local financial system, and promote the sustainable and coordinated development in economy and finance of Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
