On November 8, the opening ceremony of the Industrial Standard Workshop Project & CIMC Project of HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone was held. Wu Xianmin, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Tian Shengsi, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the District Management Committee attended the event. This suggests that in the whole district, 350 production lines of 100 enterprises in 10 completed and filed industrial standard workshop projects were put into production in a centralized way, adding new kinetic energy to the construction of "A Strong Area of Intelligent Manufacturing".

　　Public investment in 21 industrial standard workshop projects

　　To improve the economical and intensive utilization of land, facilitate the adjustment, transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, and enhance the project undertaking capacity, in recent years, HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone has made great efforts in driving the development of industrial standard workshop projects, cultivating and expanding SMEs, and building a modern industrial and economic complex.

　　CIMC Project, which opened on the very day, is one of the industrial standard workshop projects built by HZZK with full concentration. Invested and built by CIMC, the operator of the industrial park, this project covers a gross floor area of around 150,000 square meters and a building area of around 390,000 square meters in the park, covering dormitory buildings, administrative service centers, canteens as well as other industrial facilities. Currently, 54 enterprises (including 54 enterprises above designated size, 32 national high-tech enterprises, and 7 "specialized, refined, characteristic and novel" enterprises in Guangdong Province) have gathered in the industrial park, led by new energy auto parts and electronic information industries, and 16 enterprises have been put into production. It is estimated that the annual output value of the park will be up to RMB 4.5 billion after full-capacity production.

　　It is reported that there are currently 21 industrial standard workshop projects with social investment in HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering a gross floor area of 1.488 million square meters and a building area of 4.59 million square meters, with a gross investment of over RMB 20 billion and an estimated annual output value of over RMB 40 billion. At the moment, 10 projects have been completed and filed, with a built-up area of 1.583 million square meters, and the remaining 11 projects are under construction.

　　"Upon the completion of the project, it can accommodate about 1,500 small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises and offer about 100,000 jobs." Tang Jun, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, said. At present, with the industrial standard workshop project as the starting point, the zone, guided by the "5+1" modern industrial system, vigorously develops the real economy, stimulates the high-end and intelligent development of manufacturing industry, and reinforces advantageous characteristic industrial clusters.

　　Build a preferred area for high-quality SMEs with concentrated efforts

　　Thanks to the vigorous promotion of the industrial standard workshop project, an increasing number of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises with high growth have settled in HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, stepping up their efforts to facilitate the strengthening and complement of industrial chains, and promoting the formation of a good industrial ecology for the smooth development of large, medium and small enterprises.

　　"In October this year, our company's HZZK production base was completed and put into operation," Xiao Xiaoping, Executive Deputy General Manager of Ruixiang Optoelectronics, introduced, "the company is a manufacturer of touch screens chiefly specialized in producing resistive and capacitive touch screens, with an annual production capacity of up to 6 million pieces. He mentioned that the reason why the company settled in the HZZK High-end Electronic Information Industrial Park of Zoina High-tech was chiefly attributable to the local "strong policy support and strong industrial atmosphere and complete industrial chain"; in particular, HZZK Zone, with emphasis laid on the "5+1" modern industrial system, actively lays out the ultra-high-definition video display industry, which keeps up with the company's development pace to a high degree.

　　Next, HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone will make great efforts to improve production in construction, increase investment promotion in the industry, enhance services in innovation, strengthen and complement the chain around the "5+1" modern industrial system, and guide more SMEs to integrate into the industrial chains of leading enterprises such as TCL, Desay, Adayo and EVE, and promote leading enterprises to drive the clustering and large-scale development of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises, thereby shaping a new pattern of industrial development. 　　The project is located in Tonghu Ecological Smart Zone, HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, with a gross investment of RMB 756 million, covering a floor area of 63,200 square meters and a building area of 187,300 square meters. After full-scale production, the expected annual output value will reach RMB 945 million, providing about 1,600 jobs.

　　Seated in Tonghu Ecological Wisdom Zone, HZZK Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, the project with a total investment of RMB 1.35 billion, covers a floor area of 70,000 square meters and a construction area of 220,000 square meters. After full-scale production, the total annual output value is expected to reach 3.25 billion yuan and provide about 3,000 jobs.

　　With a gross investment of RMB 1.5 billion, the project covers a floor area of 100,000 square meters and a building area of 300,000 square meters. Upon full-scale production, the expected total annual output value will reach RMB 4 billion, providing about 15,000 jobs.
