To celebrate the successful convening of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, create a harmonious atmosphere of ecological security and stability in Zhong Kai, and earnestly do well in forest fire prevention and extinguishing work under the red warning of forest fire danger in our district, in the afternoon of October 11^th, Chen Wensheng, Director of the District Forest Fire Prevention Office, Secretary of the Leading Party Group and Director of the Safety Supervision Branch, led a team to carry out investigation of forest fire prevention and extinguishing work in Chenjiang Sub-district, and randomly supervised the situation of work shifts and security guarantee, use of fire-prevention codes, allocation of fire prevention equipment and so on at the checkpoints of forest fire prevention in Huangsha Reservoir. Wu Haitao, a member of the Leading Party Group of the District Safety Supervision Branch, took part in the investigation, accompanied by Su Weihan, Deputy Director of Chenjiang Sub-district Office.

　　Chen Wensheng and his entourage learned in detail about the establishment and operation of the organization mechanism of forest fire prevention and extinguishing in Chenjiang Sub-district, the construction of forest fire belts, the post determination and responsibility system in forest areas, the construction, training and management of two-level emergency teams and rangers in sub-district and village (community), inquired about the foundation of forest fire prevention in Linhonghua Lake scenic spot, the setting of mountain entrances and the conditions of forest fire fighting facilities and equipment, and inspected the forest fire emergency disposal plan in Chenjiang Sub-district.

　　Chen Wensheng affirmed the fire prevention and extinguishing work in Chenjiang Sub-district and bring forward relevant requirements for the following work: I. Enormous importance should be attached to substantially promote forest fire prevention and extinguishing work in Chenjiang Sub-district. Further straighten out the fire prevention command system between the emergency department and the forestry department of the sub-district and improve the relevant working mechanism. II. Intensify the infrastructure construction of forest fire prevention and extinguishing. Strive for funding from various sources, intensify the construction and maintenance of fire belts and fire paths, and standardize the construction and management of forest fire prevention checkpoints. III. Organize training and drills of various types of forest fire prevention and extinguishing business, raise the business level of dealing with initial fires, and study to work out material support schemes such as logistics and medical treatment in case of sudden fires. IV. Strengthen mountain patrol and forest protection, do well in the management of forest fire prevention in key parts and key periods, and make every effort to promote the special action of investigating and rectifying hidden dangers of forest fires and investigating illegal use of fire. V. Carry out the supervision, inspection, secret investigation and unannounced visit of forest fire prevention and extinguishing in a prompt manner and facilitate Chenjiang Sub-district to strengthen the forest fire prevention and extinguishing work.

　　Thereafter, the investigation team inspected the mountain entrances and the warehouses of emergency materials and equipment on the spot at the forest fire prevention checkpoints of Huangsha Reservoir and raised requirements for the performance of the staff at the entrances as well as the maintenance of materials and equipment.
