　　On September 9, the unveiling ceremony was held to celebrate that Zhongkai Xinxingyuan Training and Employment Service Center for the Disabled (Daily Care Center) won the title of "Guangdong Five-Star Community Daily Care Center" and "Guangdong Vocational Training Base for the Disabled". This means that, Zhongkai Xinxingyuan (Daily Care Center) became the first Guangdong Five-Star Community Daily Care Center in the city.

　　Over 2,500 disabled people/times in Huizhou are served

　　Established in July, 2018, Zhongkai High-tech Zone Xinxingyuan Daily Care Center is the first private daily care center in Huizhou, serving the severely disabled in this area, rendering one-stop specialized and humanized services such as rehabilitation, care, occupational therapy, etc. to make the disabled bring into full play their own values and help many trainees resolve their family worries. Therefore, it is unanimously recognized and praised by disabled trainees as well as their family members.

　　As of the first half of this year, Zhongkai Xinxingyuan Training and Employment Service Center for the Disabled has served over 2,500 disabled people/times in Huizhou. Every year, new recruits in the center receive rehabilitation treatment, and also some trainees are referred or recommended for employment after rehabilitation; the center has held 35 training programs for the disabled, with a total of 35,000 person-times trained, recommended 90 trainees for employment, supported 45 people to start businesses to create income, and hired 6 employees to take public welfare posts.

　　A diversified and integrated comprehensive service center will be built

　　Xu Xiaohua, founder of Zhongkai Xinxingyuan, stated that it will provide training and certification of vocational knowledge and skills, consulting and guidance on employment and entrepreneurship, as well as other services for the disabled in line with the tenet of "promoting employment and entrepreneurship by training, enhancing people's livelihood through employment and entrepreneurship, and building harmony with people's livelihood". Based in Zhongkai, serving Huizhou and facing the whole country, Zhongkai Xinxingyuan will devote itself to building a diversified and integrated comprehensive service center.

　　Huang Zongtai, Vice Chairman of Huizhou Disabled Persons' Federation, said that to further do well in the construction of the daily care center and the training of the disabled, it is necessary to achieve "three relying and two strengthening", that is, do well in the training of the disabled by relying on the five-star daily care center and provincial training bases; lay a solid foundation in auxiliary employment by relying on the five-star daily care center and training bases; broaden the employment channels for the disabled and explore a new training and employment mode of circular development of "training+employment+industry" by relying on the industrial advantages of Zhongkai High-tech Zone; strengthen the standardized management of the daily care center, and make Xinxingyuan a model and benchmark for the construction of the city's daily care centers and play its leading role on the basis of standardized management and summing up experience; strengthen safety work, particularly do well in epidemic prevention safety, production safety and public opinion safety.

　　The relevant person in charge of the Disabled Persons' Federation in Zhongkai High-tech Zone said that they wish that Zhongkai Xinxingyuan would require itself strictly in line with the standard of five-star daily care centers, do a good job in the future by higher standards, continue to provide diversified services for the disabled in need, encourage and guide more people to engage in the action of helping the disabled, and constantly enhance the sense of acquisition and happiness of the disabled; Zhongkai Xinxingyuan would, proceeding from this point, play an exemplary and leading role, boost the development of community daily care centers in Zhongkai High-tech Zone towards standardization and branding, and drive the all-round development of the cause of the disabled in Zhongkai High-tech Zone.
