In the morning of July 15^th, Huizhou Urban Household Waste Sorting Campaign & HZZK High-Tech Zone the Opening Ceremony of “Two-network Integration” System Building for Renewable Resources Recycle was held in HZZK Party Member and Masses Service Center to accelerate the work of “Two-network Integration” for household waste sorting and renewable resources recycle, build a resource recycling system and promote HZZK High-tech Zone’s green, low carbon and circular development. Wang Yunbo, the Standing Committee Member of HZZK Committee and Office Director of HZZK Party Branch Committee & Village Committee; Wang Guang, the Deputy Director of Huizhou Urban Household Waste Sorting Leading Team Office; the Dedicated Team for Huizhou Urban Household Waste Sorting Work; the heads of various parks, towns (blocks) and relevant departments, volunteer and representatives from relevant enterprises, schools, community property management companies and sanitation workers attended the ceremony.

　　Wang Yunbo pointed out that the start of building HZZK High-Tech Zone “Two-network Integration” System for Renewable Resources Recycle marks a step forward in the management of waste sorting and recycling renewable resources in HZZK, which will also help further improve HZZK’s urban management ability. He put forward three suggestions on how to deepen the “Two-network Integration” system. First, we need to deepen our ideological understanding and grasp the general direction for sustainable development. We should further unify our thinking, reach consensus, and guide the public to support the building of the “Two-network Integration” system based on operation norms, so that the whole society can further participate in the waste sorting work and strive to be the leader, enabler and practitioner of waste sorting. Second, strengthen the industry transformation to build a “Two-network Integration” landscape. It is necessary to follow the development trend of “Internet + Recycling”, cultivate and promote a few renewable resource recycling enterprises, encourage enterprises to try the business model that combines accumulated recycling points of renewable resources with providing daily necessities for residents and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry in large scale, in chains and achieve marketization and industrialization. Third, strengthen the coordination and interaction to collect power for oversight and management. It is necessary to refine and promote the management of “Two-network Integration” to develop featuring intelligence, extend supervision coverage to build a landscape of synchronous development among recycling network building, economic construction and urban construction and strive to improve HZZK’s urban quality in general.

　　At the launching ceremony, Qiu Dabang, Deputy Director of the HZZK Economic Development Bureau awarded a plaque of “‘Two-network Integration' Operator for Renewable Resources Recycling in HZZK” to Huizhou Tianhui Waste Materials Recycling Co., LTD. Xu Yushu, Director of Urban and Rural Environmental Health Management Center awarded the appointment letter of “New Commissioner of Recyclable Recycling” and badges to the sanitation workers. The head of Tianhui Resources Recycle Limited made a statement about their ideas.

　　We were informed that, HZZK High-Tech Zone Urban and Rural Environmental Health Management Center and HZZK Economic Development Bureau had promoted the construction of renewable resources and recyclable materials “Two Network Integration” system in accordance with the idea of “Sort from the Source, Reduce Waste Generation and Recycle”. It had transformed unlicensed salvage stations to “Two-network Integration” service sites, coordinated the building of smart houses for recyclables, regulated the sanitation workers' waste collection behavior and fostered renewable resources operators in HZZK and fully implement the recycling transfer featuring “Transit in HZZK and centralized collection in the resource center”. It had also adopted the market-oriented operation method, preferentially introduce “Two-network Integration” Operation Management Service Station by Tianhui Renewable Resources co., LTD. At present, reservation of collection and transportation stations for recyclables are 100% in operation. Citizens can trade all recyclables at high or low values for credits through Alipay, WeChat Mini Program (Tianhui Recycling). Each “Recycle for Credits” will be awarded the corresponding value and accumulate the corresponding points in exchange for environmental gifts.
