Recently,Desay SV Intelligent Network Connection Huinan Industrial Park Phase II Project has officially started its construction. Huinan is a comprehensive industrial park built based on the latest concept. It is mainly made up of intelligent network R&D center, intelligent factory, three-dimensional warehouse, national experimental center and the first self-built intelligent driving test field in China, covering a total area of 220,000 ㎡ and a planned building area of 500,000 ㎡. The construction of the project began in 2018 and the Phase I of the project will be finished and put into production in 2021. 

　　Introduce intelligent, automation and energy-efficient equipment in large scale

　　It is reported thatPhase II of Huinan Project extensively collected the actual needs of relevant departments and converged efforts from them. It is planned and designed on its own after more than 30 planning discussions, over 130 improvements on issues and 304 times of review on construction drawings.

　　The plants of Huinan Project Phase II are expected to cover an area of 80,700 ㎡, including electronic materials three-dimensional warehouse, raw material storage area, SIP 10,000 level Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) workshop, SMT, 300,000 level GMP assembly workshop, 1,000 level GMP workshop for screen fitting and camera assembly and power facilities area. As a digital intelligent factory, it will fully introduce intelligent, automatic and energy-saving equipment as its hardware resources to build a high-grade, precision and advanced demonstration factory in the field of automotive electronics.

　　It is reported that in the overall planning and design, the plants of Huinan Project Phase II will use elevator and AGV to distribute materials from the warehouse to the work stations. It will optimize the logistics mode in depth and ensures there’s no cross or reverse of flow in the process of transportation. It will also follow the factory overall people and goods flow to greatly reduce consumption, improve effects and increase the utilization rate of the production site as much as possible. 

　　Meet the commitment of carbon neutrality in green construction

In terms of overall design and planning, Desay SV increases the comprehensive application of clean energy and implements energy-saving and emission reduction plans through advanced rain and pollution diversion system, chilled water storage system, intelligent energy management system, photovoltaic projects and other energy-saving technologies.

　　In addition, the project will also carry the concept of green and sustainable development throughout the planning, design, construction, operation and otherprocedures. For example, in order to reduce the impact of vibration and noise of the construction on the nearby area, after special consideration, the design team used the static pile with the least noise and vibration to achieve green construction.
