Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union Staff Service Station Won the Title of “Guangdong Staff Service Demonstration Station”
Recently, our journalists were informed that Guangdong Federation of Trade Union had published the list of 2021 Guangdong Staff Service Demonstration Stations. HZZK Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union Staff Service Station was among the list becoming one of HZZK’s three “Guangdong Staff Service Demonstration Stations”.
In recent years, Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union Staff Service Station has innovated its service measures and well implemented a good combination of service measures to actively process actual matters and bring actual benefits for our mass staff and increase their senses of happiness, gain and security so as to energize and fuel the building of a soundly developing and specialized park at the GDP level of one hundred-billion RMB.
Enrich Staff’s Spiritual and Cultural Life
In the past few years, Interesting Fitness, Snapshot Photography Contest, a series of the Spring Festival Park Visits, One-hundred-people Skills Competition, Hand-made Pottery and many other novel and interesting events that fulfilled the needs of our staff have gradually got well received in Dongjiang Science and Technology Park.
Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union is oriented around staff’s needs to actively carry out popular events among staff. This has not only enriched staff’s spiritual and cultural life but also improved the their cohesion and unity. By now, 267 events in various categories participated by 150 enterprises have been carried out.
In holding the events, a number of members in the Federation of Trade Union have built up their passion for the union work. Staff have also gradually developed their enthusiasm in participating the union events.
Solve the staff’s Urgent Needs and Troubles
“We have been providing help and assistance for the migrant staff with special difficulties and have by far helped 21 people and given out RMB 430,000.” A head of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union informed us that, the union attaches great importance to the love and care for its staff, strives to be thoughtful and close friends with the staff and solve their urgent needs and troubles. Moreover, it has also taken out “Golden Autumn Fellowship” special assistance, visits to express gratitude on major holidays and many other actual actions to love and care for its staff.

Statistics show that, in recent years, Dongjiang Science and Technology Park has helped the children of 8 needy staff finish theirtechnicalsecondaryschool, junior school, undergraduate college and other educations.
Build A New Service System Benefits All Staff
“So far this year, we have carried out 32 online and offline skill training activities in succession improving staff’s job qualification and held 5 legal knowledge lectures enhancing the awareness of staff to understand, abide by and use the law.” the head of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union mentioned that, the union had made solid progress in its service to benefit all staff and had gained fruitful achievements in building the industrial worker team, improving staff living quality and enhancing staff’s health security and many other respects.
For example, the union had set up 4 “Caring Mommy Cabin” to provide private, clean and comfortable lounge for female staff and included over 3500 staff into the “Comprehensive Mutual Help for Staff Hospitalization Medicare” to enhance staff’s ability to resist the risk of disease.
The head of Dongjiang Science and Technology Park Federation of Trade Union told us that, next, they would set up a high-class staff service center and build a one-stop, all-round and multi-layered service system beneficial to all staff and truly turn the union into “The Home of Staff”.
