At the symposium on high-level talent cadres held not long ago, Comrade Wu Xianmin, Secretary of the district Party committee, responded to the appeal on the spot, and carried out talent reading activities with high standards in the whole district and make them normalized.

　　To further innovate the way of reading and communication of talents and stimulate the innovative vitality, the Party and mass office ofZhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Zone has carefully organized and established the reading club for high-level talent cadres of the zone on the occasion of the World Reading Day, so that talents can be inspired, grow together and forge ahead in unity. On the day of the activity, the reading club for high-level talent cadres in Zhongkai Hi-tech Industrial Zone was held for the first time.
