In the morning of February 7^th, Wu Xianmin, Secretary of HZZK High-tech Zone Party Committee led a team to Tongqiao Town to supervise and guide its COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control work. Yang Zhifeng, the Secretary of Tongqiao Town Party Committee as well as Qiu Jihang, the Deputy Secretary of Tongqiao Town Party Committee and Administrative Chief of Tongqiao Town accompanied the tour.  

　　Wu Xianmin and his team first made field visits to Jiazi Bridge entryway, Qiaochang Market and the temporary living goods supply station of HZZK No.3 Elementary School and other places, listened to the reports on implementing pandemic prevention and control measures across Tongqiao and learned details about the entryway, market control and living goods storage and supply, etc.

　　Wu Xianmin stressed his three major requirements to Tongqiao government officials. First is to strictly follow Huizhou and HZZK pandemic prevention policies while taking the pandemic’s new change of states into consideration. Adhere to the principle “Defend overseas transmission and control domestic resurgence”, devote greater efforts to the infection screening and well carry out the nucleic acid testing on all people across all areas in the town. Second is to urge the front-line staff to well protect themselves, increase safety awareness for themselves and strictly put into force the closed-loop management and well implement all kinds of pandemic control measures. Third is to strengthen logistical supports and fully ensure living goods supply for the key areas and provide better psychological counseling and humanistic care for the key staff so as to win this battle against the pandemic with our utmost efforts.

　　Yang Zhifeng assured that they would spare no efforts to overcome the difficulties and firmly implement all kinds of pandemic prevention and control workdeployed by HZZK Party Committee and HZZK Management Committee to ensure Tongqiao Town to restore normal life and production orders as soon as possible.
